Recently, Gary Whited, author of Having Listened, gave a reading at Suffolk University in Boston with poet Fred Marchant. Having Listened is the winner of the 2013 Homebound Publications Poetry Prize. The collection evokes a sense of the place of the prairie through both a personal and a philosophical reflection on that place. Look for it wherever books are sold.
